Earlier this year we asked for your feedback on transforming the junctions at Jumbles Lane and Carlton Lane. Following on from that engagement, and views from residents and stakeholders, we have made some changes to the Jumbles Lane and Carlton Lane junctions and are looking for your views on these plans.
You Said We Did: Changes to Jumbles Lane and Carlton Lane
As a reminder, our intention for these junctions is to make it easier and safer for pedestrians and cyclists to travel. We want to increase opportunities to cross the road and access bus stops more easily, particularly for school children and the elderly.
We have made the following changes to the proposals based on your feedback plus engagement with external and internal stakeholders. Where there are no changes to the proposals, we will be proceeding with them as originally consulted on. Find the analysis of consultation feedback within the Outcome Report.

Please note: a part of the engagement in March involved plans for Pontefract Road from Thwaite Gate to M1 junction 44 - currently there are no changes being made to these plans, and we will be progressing the designs forward.
