1.This prize draw has been organised by West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the “Organiser”) of Wellington House, 40-50 Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 2DE.
2.To enter participants must complete the Park & Ride satisfaction survey, selected yes to participate and have left their name, email and mobile number.
3.This prizedraw is open to anyone resident in the United Kingdom who is aged 18 or over, excluding employees and immediate families of the organiser, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
4.There are 4 prizes available, 4 winners will each win a £25One4All e-voucher.
5.The prizedraw will close at midnight on the 31March 2022. The winners will be contacted via email that is provided when completing the Park & Ride satisfaction survey.The winners will be drawn at random on 20April 2022 and will be informed by 27April 2022 at the latest.
6.In the event that the winner has not responded within 14 days of notification, the organiser reserves the right to re-allocate the prize to a reserve winner.
7.The organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prize is no longer available.
9.The organiser reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Conditions in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the organiser’s reasonable control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as reasonably practicable.
10.The organiser accepts no liability for any loss, injury or damage suffered through the acceptance and use of the prize.
11.By entering the competition, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Conditions and by the decisions of the organiser.
12.There is no cash alternative.
