TheEast Leeds FlexiBuswas a trial ofademand responsive transport serviceled by the West Yorkshire Combined Authority.It was launched in September 2021 and provided a flexible bus service based on demand rather than a traditional fixed bus service. Due to rising costs and low passenger numbers theservicewas not continued after the trial finished in September 2023.
We are asking all registered users of the FlexiBus to complete a survey to let us know more about your experiences. We would like to hear your feedback on the service and to hear about how you make your journeys now. Your feedback is important and will help us to evaluate the service and understand the factors people consider when choosing their travel options.
If you registered for the FlexiBus service to book journeys on behalf of someone else, please share the survey with them and support them to complete it, if you wish.
