    Will my comments be considered, or have decisions already been made?

    From 17 Nov - 4 Jan 2022 we are running a public consultation and inviting comments and questions from businessess. Your comments will help inform a simplified and clear customer journey which will be introduced on our website by May 2022.

    The consultation is open from Wednesday 17 Nov - Tuesday 4 Jan 2022.

    How can I take part?

    You can take part in the following ways:

    • by visiting https://www.yourvoice.westyorks-ca.gov.uk/business-support to review all the latest information and completing the online survey. 
    • You can also submit a question using the question and answer (Q&A) section of the page if you have any questions you don’t feel have been answered by the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). 
    • If you would like to submit your feedback by email, please do so to: yourvoice@westyorks-ca.gov.uk or if you would like to submit your feedback in writing to: FREEPOST Consultation Team (WYCA).
